Science centre

Reflection on the river Clyde, Glasgow.
The Science centre tower is the second tallest structure in Scotland after the 'Inverkip power station chimney'
As expected the tower has been plagued with problems. It is supposed to be able to rotate 360 degree from the base but due to a faulty ball bearing it doesn't work. I don't think anyone is prepared to lift up the building in order to replace it.
